Oasys Mobile Extends Partnership with Mattel, Inc.
Agreement Expands Worldwide Distribution With Popular Titles Barbie(TM), UNO(R), Magic 8 Ball(R) and Max Steel(TM)

RALEIGH, N.C., Mar 28, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Oasys Mobile, Inc. (OTCBB:OYSM) today announced it has signed a series of new agreements with Mattel, Inc., the world's largest toymaker, to expand international distribution of its franchise mobile game titles, including Barbie(TM), UNO(R), Magic 8 Ball(R) and Max Steel(TM).

“Our new agreements with Mattel for these great brand franchises positions Oasys to make an even greater impact in the global marketplace in 2007,” said Doug Dyer, CEO, Oasys Mobile.

As part of the agreement Oasys Mobile and Mattel will develop games and other applications around the Barbie(R) brand to be marketed to teenage girls in Japan and Taiwan.

Working with mobile carriers throughout Asia, UNO(R) will be made available throughout the region, including Japan, China, Korea, India and the Philippines beginning in April of this year. Oasys Mobile already distributes or has the rights to distribute UNO(R) in the United States, Canada, Europe, Central America, South America, Australia and New Zealand.

According to the agreement, Oasys Mobile will begin worldwide distribution of the popular Magic 8 Ball(R) game as early as June 2007.

Additionally, Oasys will work with its partners in Latin America to offer Max Steel(TM), the global security agent, to the large fan base in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador.

“We are pleased to extend our partnership with Oasys Mobile,” said Cynthia Neiman, vice president of marketing, Mattel Games. “They have solid relationships with top carriers around the world and will deliver an entirely new line-up of mobile games featuring our popular brands to markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America.”

Highly-targeted mobile game distribution worldwide is an important growth strategy for Oasys Mobile.

“We are bringing UNO and Max Steel to the most relevant worldwide markets to leverage each franchise's popularity in these different markets,” added Dyer.
