Mr. Dyer previously was VP of Wireless for Warner Bros., where he oversaw the building of a global publishing and mobile marketing organization that currently spans over 50 countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Before Warner Bros, Dyer was GM of THQ Wireless where he built a global publishing business by launching mobile games based on licenses such as Major League Baseball, WWE Wrestling, Hello Kitty, Sponge Bob, and the Simpsons.

Chief Financial Officer
Prior to Oasys, Ms. Jackson served as Senior Audit Manager in both Big 4 and other national accounting firms consulting with emerging-growth technology companies and publicly-held entities. Additionally, she served as Controller for a venture-backed technology company , Arsenal Digital Solutions Worldwide, Inc.
 
Drew Jennings Drew Jennings
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Prior to Oasys, Mr. Jennings led mobile content business development and entertainment product strategy for Cricket Communications. Prior to Cricket, he was with AT&T Wireless, where he was part of the team to launch some of the first java downloadable games in the U.S.
 
Rick Raymer Rick Raymer
Vice President of Product Development
Mr. Raymer has worked in the game industry for 12 years. Prior to joining Oasys in April 2005, he was the Lead Game Designer on 11 PC and Console titles, including two games that were Top 10 sellers. In addition he has worked with many brands such as Robotech, Spy vs. Spy, Animaniacs, Clue, and Scooby Doo.
 
Ken Ostraco Ken Ostraco
Vice President of Technology
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ostraco consulted in a variety of industries, including technology, banking, insurance, law and real estate. In these roles, he managed technology teams on the design, development and implementation of enterprise systems, including content and case management systems.
 
Tracy Livers Tracy Livers
Vice President of Publishing
Mrs. Livers previously has held roles in a variety of large international and emerging-growth technology companies launching new partners and products. These partners included several large domestic carriers, specifically Bell South, AT&T, and Verizon.
